La huelga de nueve horas de los trabajadores aeronáuticos, llevada adelante el viernes pasado, ha sacudido el espinel de la política nacional. El director de Aerolíneas sostuvo que “los trabajadores no han advertido que el país ha cambiado”. El reclamo de los trabajadores, un aumento salarial acorde a la inflación, choca con los planes del gobierno de Milei de elevar la rentabilidad de Aerolineas Argentinas para abrirle paso a la privatización. El gobierno está montando un gigantesco operativo para quebrar el reclamo de los trabajadores aeronáuticos. Actúa con la plena conciencia de que debe hacer retroceder la lucha de los trabajadores antes que se profundice.
Descuentos y procesamientos
Aerolíneas Argentinas informó que demandará a los sindicatos convocantes de la huelga, APLA (Asociación de Pilotos) y AAA (Asociación de Aeronavegantes) por las pérdidas operativas, según el comunicado de la empresa, superiores a 2 millones de dólares. Las “asambleas informativas”, ya habían resultado en la cancelación de vuelos y perjuicios para miles de pasajeros. Aerolineas añadió que denunciará a los representantes sindicales Pablo Biró, secretario general de APLA, y Juan Pablo Brey, líder de la Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes (AAA).
Como Biró es parte del directorio de la empresa, la empresa iniciará las acciones necesarias para expulsarlo, “por atentar contra sus intereses”.
Aerolíneas también anunció descuentos en los salarios de los trabajadores que fueron a la huelga, más de 400 empleados, entre pilotos y tripulantes, por incumplir con sus tareas durante las jornadas de protesta, que oscilan entre 150 mil pesos por día para pilotos y 50 mil pesos por día para tripulantes.
Esencialidad
El Ministerio de Capital Humano de Sandra Pettovello anunció que reglamentará en los próximos días la esencialidad del transporte aerocomercial, para garantizar servicios mínimos. Va en la misma línea de la esencialidad que se intenta aplicar a los docentes, donde lisa y llanamente se deroga el derecho de huelga. Busca poner punto final al único recurso de los trabajadores para defender sus conquistas -la capacidad de paralizar la producción- en este caso, el transporte aéreo. Cómo en la pandemia, la esencialidad no es de ningún modo una categoría que signifique un reconocimiento salarial para los trabajadores que desempeñan esas tareas, sino que se invoca para que no puedan ir a la huelga.
El Grupo de los 6, conformado por la gran patronal del país, reclama que el Gobierno declare esenciales a prácticamente todas las actividades del país, lo que significa eliminar el derecho a huelga. La formación de un grupo comando unificado para disolver acciones huelguisticas en establecimientos productivos, anunciada días atrás, demuestra que liquidar el derecho de huelga es una orientación general de la clase capitalista.
Los gremios aeronáuticos, difundieron un comunicado, en el cual califica de “ilegal y arbitraria” la decisión del Gobierno nacional de declarar “esencial” a la actividad aérea en el país. El documento lleva la firma de los representantes de todos los sindicatos aeronáuticos. Explican que el transporte ya está regulado como “servicio público de importancia trascendental”. No rechazan los límites al derecho de huelga, sino que tales límites ya estarían establecidos por ley.
El proyecto del PRO
En medio del paro de pilotos del viernes, el presidente de la empresa, Fabián Lombardo, ratificó la intención de privatizar Aerolíneas, aunque explicó que, por ahora, el objetivo es llevarla a “ser rentable”. Para Lombardo, ello se alcanzaría vía la reducción de la plantilla. Ya desvinculó a 1300 trabajadores a través de retiros voluntarios y de una rebaja salarial que, acordada en su momento con los sindicatos, implica la pérdida de unos 72 puntos contra la inflación.
La línea privatizadora no es exclusiva del gobierno de Milei: en medio de la discusión de la huelga, desde el PRO presentaron un proyecto de ley para privatizar Aerolíneas. La iniciativa fue presentada por el diputado Hernán Lombardi y lleva la firma de otros 20 legisladores de la fuerza que conduce Mauricio Macri. La privatización de Aerolíneas ya fue parte de la agenda del Congreso. Había quedado fuera del listado de la Ley Bases de “empresas a privatizar” como parte de las negociaciones con los gobernadores.
Agitación fascista
El ataque a la huelga de los trabajadores se complementa con una sostenida agitación fascista desde los medios de comunicación afines al Gobierno. Algo que se ha convertido en habitual en cualquier conflicto sindical. Alejandro Fantino fue todavía más allá. En su editorial desenvolvió un llamado a los pasajeros de Aerolíneas, perjudicados por la huelga a no permanecer pasivos frente a las medidas de los trabajadores. “Me pregunto por qué nos seguimos bancando esto”, inició el comentario, que fue subiendo de tono a medida que relataba la situación. No es el único medio ni es la primera vez: durante la reciente huelga aceitera, Fantino le reclamó a las patronales que “echen a patadas” a los trabajadores que paraban.
Es significativo que una huelga acotada en su duración, ,como la de los trabajadores aeronáuticos por reclamos salariales, sacuda las entrañas del gobierno. Ello demuestra que, si la agenda reaccionaria de Milei avanza, es por la ausencia de una acción independiente de los trabajadores.
