Felix Pando ya era dueño de una vasta trayectoria con la música cuando comenzó a hacer “Música para bebés” y también para niños en condición de autismo.

Su primer destino fue Alemania, donde en 1977 se presentó en un concurso de talentos (algo así como podría ser el reality actual “La Voz”) y lo ganó!. Pero no se quedó sólo con los laureles y los aplausos. Siguió estudiando, siguió perfeccionándose y siguió trabajando duro.
En 1984 se convirtió en padre de una hermosa beba, a quien le costaba hacer dormir. Este fue el puntapié inicial donde Felix comenzó a interiorizarse y analizar qué era lo que podía hacer dormir a la pequeña. Y, por supuesto, lo encontró: el resultado de esto fue una enorme colección de música para bebés. No fue sólo un cd. Ni fueron cinco. Fueron decenas y decenas, y continúan editándose año a año nuevas y diferentes versiones.
“La música de bebés estimula el pensamiento. Se trata de un juego, en el cual mi música les cuenta historias a los pequeños. Investigué mucho y aprendí de médicos y otros especialistas, que habían realizado estudios sobre la influencia de la música en los niños”, cuenta Felix.
Y agrega: “además, tenía una tía con Síndrome de Dawn, y varios amigos, cuyos hijos estaban en condición de autismo. Justamente, para la navidad del 2012, una de esas amigas llegó a casa, y observé lo que sucedía con el niño de 7 años”, relata Pando.
Esta situación, hizo que Felix comenzara a interiorizarse sobre el autismo, y finalmente comenzó a dar forma a algo que hasta ese momento era sólo un proyecto.
Para ello, se involucró e investigó sobre el autismo, conoció del efecto que los sonidos producían en los niños, y finalmente viajó a Estados Unidos, para estudiar más en profundidad todo lo referente a sonidos, ritmos y melodías. en tonos mayores y menores.
Visitó colegios, habló con familiares de chicos en esta situación, convivió con algunos de ellos. Años más tarde, por fin pudo comenzar a dar vida a su colección de música especialmente compuesta para niños en condición de autismo.
Al respecto, Felix explica:
